I am Anita Farrelly. I’ve been an RN for 30 years, 20 of those in leadership and management roles and I started two IV Vitamin and Hydration businesses in 2020.

The IV Mastery Online Self Paced Program is broken out to 3 sections:
Section One:
We start with assessing and addressing fears, concerns, worries and doubts that will come up when starting your IV Business journey. These modules will help you understand your “why”, to develop strategies for managing your confidence and most importantly your unshakeable belief in the IV Vitamin Business. Including who you can help and why this business is providing your community with progressive alternative options for taking control of their own wellness through prevention, being proactive, and doing it from the comfort of their own home.
Section Two:
We focus on the clinical side of the business. What people are struggling with, from stress, fatigue, pain and illness. We will deep dive into the foundation of vitamin benefits, to learn how to match clients' concerns to the ideal vitamins and hydration. You will learn foundational protocols to start supporting your clients, the differences between fluid options, why serum osmolarity is important, what potential side effects and adverse events your clients may experience and how to manage them. And how to manage a client infusion from start to finish, so you can have confidence in your skills, knowledge and business service delivery.
Section Three:
As RNs, we may not have any experience starting or managing a business. This may be your first experience in the entrepreneurial world. In this section we will break down Business Fundamentals and Operational Needs so you can understand how to register your business, legal aspects, inventory management, technology needs, and hiring/managing staff so you can duplicate yourself and serve more clients in your community.

Including inventory and pharmacy lists, guides to how to manage the client experience, be compliant with regulations and laws, answer client calls, hire and manage staff, work with your medical director, use technology, start a website and market your business.
